No Support Contract
Our most basic ICT Support service is provided on an ad-hoc basis to customers with no support contract.
Typically used by casual customers in the case of an emergency, this is ideal for companies who only want IT expertise in event of a disaster. Useful for ICT co-ordinators who are either short of time or not 100% familiar with a technology. We can spend time not only fixing the problem or problems at hand but also educate the co-ordinator to be able to fix any recurrances.
